So I’m obviously back from my trip!!! I had SO MUCH FUN!!! It was really hot there so I spent some time lounging by the pool, lots of time walking around the strip. Gambled for the first time. I though it was rather boring and a waste of money. Damn Vegas is expensive. $11 for an 8oz margarita? ARE YOU CRAZY?!?!? Anyhoo, still lots of fun. Some random pics I took while I was there. I also saw the Cirque du Soleil show “O”. Wow, it was incredible. I loved every minute of it.

When I got back I was sick. I think it was stomach flu. NOT FUN. Feeling better now though. What else is new.

Got my inner arm tattooed. It’s pretty much finished besides some background work. Yayyyy.

Stopped by the PO box today and got some new goodies from my wishlist!

My old phone crapped out in vegas so someone wonderful helped me get a new one. I was able to trade the old phone in for a credit and upgrade to the iPhone 4. I can’t believe I didn’t get it sooner it’s so awesome! It also takes AMAZING quality pics so I will be using it a ton for self shot content for the members area!

So Wednesday I had my tattoo appointment. We got a good bit of progress done. Sorry for the shittay picture.

Flowers and frilly blue swirls!!!

I swear I am such a baby, every time I get tattooed it sucks more and more. I can sit really well without complaining but I am secretly really bummed haha. Not gonna lie!

Yesterday I had a consult with an amazing cosmetic dentist. I have hated my teeth my entire life and have been wanting to get veneers for a few years now to correct some imperfections in my smile that really bother me. I am far too impatient to do braces or invisalign so veneers are really the only option for me. He told me that what I have can be easily corrected with a procedure called Lumineers. It is FAR less invasive than traditional veneers and quite a bit less expensive. I have a very narrow smile so with the Lumineers I can get 8 teeth done instead of 4 to give me that big full smile! I even got to see a simulated “after” picture that was pretty damn trippy.

I have had a lot of people telling me they don’t see anything wrong with my teeth but let me tell you, I have gotten really good at hiding them. I know what angles make them look better and what types of photos to put up etc. I would be wonderful to cam or have a shoot and not have to worry about it anymore! I am going to try and save enough money to get them done next month. This is where you come in! I need all the help I can get so here are ways you can help!

So last night I went over to my BFF’s house to play board games and have some drinks. I meant to bring Catan but I totally forgot, that if my favorite board game EVER and I’m pretty good at it! We ended up playing The Game of Life which I haven’t played in YEARS. It took us a while to get going and remember all the rules but once we did it was really fun. I ended losing miserably. Ugh, oh well can’t win em all!

My tattoo is all itchy and peely and nasty right now. It looks gross but is gonna be sooo rad when it’s all nice and healed! The elbow ditch area is healing a lo easier than it did when I had it lined and shaded. That shit sucked, it was super painful to bend my arm. Since this session was just color it is healing a little easier in general than last time.

Here is the second session of my carousel horsey. Next appointment is in 3 weeks and is going to be starting the background work and adding some flowers. This shit hurt like fucking hell. The arm isn’t any easier than anywhere else, I’ll just say that. The upper arm was definitely less painful than the lower. Bummerrrrrrrr, so much left to do Right now it is hugely swollen (although you can tell in the photos) and super sore but from start to finish we got this bad boy done in about 5.5 hours between both appointments.

Man, I feel like I have been gone forever. I went out of town on Friday morning to help some friends run their booth at a tattoo convention. I also was apartment hunting the whole weekend. I looked at a LOT of places and only one caught my eye. I put in an application and I am still waiting to hear back. I might have to go back a few more times until I find something perfect.

I also got my sleeve worked on. This is just the start, we have a lot of flowers, filigree, and background work left but I couldn’t sit any longer. Right in the elbow and ditch area was killerrrrr. More working coming on November 17th yipee!

I also have a terrible cold! I feel soooo shitty, I can hardly get out of bed. I hope I feel better soon because I miss you guys and I want to get online! I’m off to take a hot bath and try to get some of this snot out of my nose
